This process allows the NY State Education Department an opportunity to review your professional credentials and proposed company details to ensure professional businesses meet the same high standards as license holders themselves.
While a standard Corporation or LLC can be opened in under an hour, the PLLC / PC process is lengthy and at-times frustrating. We will work together every step of the way — planning, drafting, filing and setting up your professional practice entity. Once the PLLC / PC is open, I remain at your service as you open bank accounts, begin marketing, hire colleagues, set-up payroll, and gradually expand your practice.
